# "Shake'um Up" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water

> Hawaiian chili pepper water is very popular condiment in Hawaii. That's usually made of Hawaii chili pepper, salt, vinegar, and water. I've made it into powder form that's in a packet. It's added to a 16oz. bottle of water, close the cap and shake it. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy! Pour it on food or drink it straight. Having it in a powder form in a packet makes it easy to mail or travel with.
